Listing an item
Listing an item with us is easy. You can list by auction, classified or fixed price. Our listing process is guided by interactive ‘?’ symbols, where you can get help every step of the way.
To make your listing stand out, we offer a range of options to chose from including:
- FEATURED – your listing will randomly display on the homepage for some visitors
- BOLD TITLE – adds a bold style to your listing’s title in search result
- “SALE” BANNER – adds a banner to your listing
- HIGHLIGHT – this highlights your listing
You can edit your listing at any time in your account. Navigate to the “Listing” section via My Account Home > Active (in the left side bar) > click to view the listing > click Edit Listing.
Setting a reserve price
A reserve price is the lowest price you're willing to sell an item for. By using a reserve price you can set a low starting price for your auction and boost interest in your item, but without the risk of having to sell your item for less than you think it's worth.
When you set a reserve price, bidders will see that you have a reserve price in place, and whether it has been met, but not the reserve price itself. If the highest bid at the end of the auction is below the reserve price, you don't have to sell the item.

Reserve price is an optional upgrade for auction-style listings.
Listings items in bulk
If you already have items for sale on other market places, you can quickly upload all your existing listings with a CSV import.
We’ve made this process as simple as possible:
Navigate to the top right button and click ‘Import CSV’. On this page you can download our help guide and a CSV template.
- 1. Once the CSV template is downloaded, populate the template
- 2. Upload the CSV on the same page
- 3. Large data import files may result in delayed receipt of confirmation email. Check Event Logs for current import status - each listing validation or import will be recorded.
- 4. When successfully uploaded, your items will be listed in the My Account > ‘Listing’ Active.
Relisting/If your item doesn't sell
You can choose to auto-relist an item up to 3 times in the when creating the initial listing. If you do not select to auto-relist when creating your initial listing, you are able to relist the item in your account once it has expired. To do this, navigate to ‘My Account’ > under the ‘Listings’ heading click ‘Unsuccessful’ and tick the box next to the item you want to relist then press ‘relist’.
