To help us provide comprehensive seller protections, we ask that sellers:

  • Honour all of their service promises
  • Report abusive activity so we can take action to protect you and other sellers
  • Remain courteous and professional when dealing with buyers

In the first instance of issues arising, it is possible to contact the seller via the product listing page.


After you have won an item

You can access this via ‘My Account’ > Bidding > ‘Won’ > select listing to enter listing page > click ‘Contact Seller'.


Before you have won an item

You can access this via ‘My Account’ > Bidding > ‘Active’ > select listing to enter listing page > click ‘Contact Seller’.
